Scholars or professionals who are interested in the objectives of the Council may apply for membership. Students and spouses may apply for associate membership. Memberships shall be granted, subject to the approval of the President, upon submission of a written application and payment of dues, as may be determined by the Council. All members of the Council shall have equal voting rights at Council meetings. Memberships shall be terminated by the Board of Directors upon request of the President when a member's activities are contrary to the interests of the Council.
